The CP Project is a company that provides assistance with Postconviction actions and the request for executive relief through qualified investigators and paralegals that work at times under various exceptions to the unauthorized practice of law exceptions.
The CP Project is a team of qualified investigators and paralegals that further help streamline the Postconviction and clemency project process, and also document an individual’s rehabilitation, including their mental health, educational, and community service efforts to establish a presumptive basis for commutation, pardon, and or modification of judgment.
